Sean and Collier escape from the FBI office's parking garage in the shooters' car as the fake marshal opens fire on them but misses. Outside, Collier tells Sean to get way, while the impostor warns Vicky that she'd better move Leigh. He then shoots a man and takes his car.

In the car, Collier checks for identification without success, and admit she still isn't convinced that Sean is telling the truth. Their pursuer closes in on them and opens fire, and Collier tells Sean to hit the breaks and cut right. They get ahead of their pursuer and Collier shoots him. His car goes off the road and they continue down the road. Eventually they pull over and Sean disables the GPS. Collier vows revenge and tells Sean to tell her everything he knows. He reminds her about Vicky and figures that they can track one of her aliases. Collier suggests they check with her ex-husband, who works in Justice, but Sean insists that he should help, and that he's not going to let Leigh down.
