When Sophia refuses to reveal the detainees' plans, President Martinez tries to get one of the detainees to volunteer information. Meanwhile, Vicky and Carter secure Leila, and FBI Agent Collier begins to suspect that Sean isn't delusional.

Full Recap Sean gets out of a police car and runs to a motel room. Inside is an injured Agent Collier. He tries to treat her wound as best he can and starts to remove shrapnel.

Two Hours Ago

Outside Yuma, Sean realizes they're going past the spot where Flight 514 landed. The agents ignore Sean when he insists that they go through the roadblock. As they start to pull away, an RV slams into their car, flipping it over into the sheriff's car and on top of the officer. Sean manages to climb out and get the handcuff keys from the unconscious Collier. Her partner Hobbes is dead but Sean pulls her to safety just before the leaking gas ignites. He then runs to the patrol car, gets Collier inside, and drives away.

Now

Collier wakes up and discovers that Sean has handcuffed her to the bed. She suggests that he gives himself up, but Sean refuses. Collier refuses to believe him, and Sean asks her to try and identify Vicky Roberts using the Federal database. She refuses to give him her password, but he's figure d out she's used her cat's name and her birthdate. However, he has to access the database from a hard line inside the Yuma field office. Collier suggests that she'll forget the abduction and promises to look into Leila's abduction, but Sean says he can't count on that. He goes into the bathroom to clean up, and she stretches out her leg and mages to snag her purse with her foot. She gets out her cell phone and calls for backup, then puts the phone back and kicks the purse back on the floor. She's unaware that Sean is listening to the entire conversation from the bathroom.

In Washington, Jarvis goes to see Blake, who says he's on his way to Arizona with Martinez. The Vice President notes that only a handful of people knew about Martinez's announcement and would want to assassinate him. Blake agrees, but Jarvis wants to know who is investigating Blake's involvement. The director thanks him for his concern.

Blake and Martinez examine the plane crash in Arizona and the director explains how they plan to move the bodies and fake a crash landing elsewhere. Martinez wonders if the transport process killed the passengers, but Lee explains that the passengers tried to run away from a single threat, and died shielding their families. Blake says that he's created a group to track down the alien infiltrators, and suggests that Martinez take extreme measures to force Sophia to tell what she knows. Martinez refuses and says that he has another way.

The president goes to see Sophia and admits that he was angry at Sophia for lying to him about how there were some of her people at large. He shows her a photo indicating that her people killed all of the passengers and flight crew, and Sophia admits that it wasn't supposed to happen. Martinez demands that she help him bring the killer to justice, but she refuses to betray her people. He insists that if she does, they can try to go back to their previous relationship. When Sophia says nothing, Martinez tells her that he's offering a deal to the detainees at Inostranka, and anyone who tells him what he needs to know will be freed. Sophia warns it won't work, but Martinez figures that after 66 years, one of them will crack.

At Inostranka, one of the prisoners, William, tells his captors that he'll tell them everything in return for his freedom.

The FBI assault team moves in on the motel and bust in, but discover that Sean has fled out of the bathroom window. As they drive back to the field officer, Collier's fellow agent Ron Spencer tells her that she needs to be debriefed and get treatment. Collier admits that Sean seemed very convincing. Once they're upstairs, Sean emerges from the trunk of their car and sneaks into the field office.

In the office, Collier sees a news article about how Flight 514 has been reported lost over the Brazilian jungle, and the news came in an hour ago. Ron suggests that accounts for Sean's story, but Collier notes that Sean told her about the crash four hours ago.

Sean goes into a computer closet and runs the facial recognition software to identify Vicky.

In Miami, Vicky is driving a van through the night, and tells the captive Leila in the back that they're almost there. A police car comes up behind them and pulls the van over. Vicky warns Leila to keep quiet, and then talks to the officer. He tells her that she has a busted taillight, and Vicky promises to deal with it in the morning. Suspicious, he asks to take a look in the back and she tries to bribe him. The officer refuses the bribe and orders her out, and Vicky shoots him. She then tosses his corpse in the back with Leila and continues driving.

Collier tells Ron about what else Sean said, and how he uploaded a photo of Vicky onto her computer. When she discovers that her computer is gone, she realizes that Sean is in the building. They capture him just as the computer turns up multiple matches on Vicky's photo. As the agents escort him out, Collier considers the matter.

In Washington, Blake goes to a safe house to see William and assure him that he'll be free once he tells them where the missing aliens are. William tells him that what he wants is easy to provide, but asks for money, protection, and his girlfriend Maya, detainee #31.

November 2, 1944

Maya tells the injured William that Thomas is going to run. However, Sophia warns that he's in no condition to go, and that his injury will slow Thomas down. Maya insists on staying with her boyfriend.

Now

William assures Blake that he can tell him how to stop the others before it's too late. Blake says that he'll have to make a call. He talks to Martinez, who has been watching the entire exchange, and they agree that William can have his deal.

Lee gets in to talk to Sophia privately, and warns that William will tell the President everything. Sophia notes that if William had told them everything, they'd both be dead. She insists it was her responsibility to protect them, and now Lee has to deal with William... harshly.

Blake reviews the black box and discovers that Sean was talking to the pilot. Sean wasn't on the manifest, but agents have confirmed he snuck on disguised as a maintenance worker. Further, Sean is engaged to Michael Buchanan's daughter, Leila. Further, Sean was on a cruise ship eight days ago when he was accused of murder. When Blake learns that Sean survived the crash, Blake tells his agent Justin to get Sean immediately, and keep it need-to-know.

Collier and Spencer go over Vicky's records, and confirm she was part of a shadow organization with ties to the NSA. Spencer has confirmed that all of the air traffic controllers were replaced on the day of the crash and the records have been scrambled. Two U.S. marshals arrive to transfer Sean, and Collier is surprised they arrived so quickly. They claim that ASAC Douglas in the Washington field office approved the transfer. While Spencer stalls the air marshals, Collier calls the Washington field office. The fake air marshals get a call warning them that Collier is placing the call, and they have their superior kill the call. They then draw guns and open fir eon the FBI agents. Collier frees Sean and returns fire, and one of the intruders advances on Sean.

Leila drives the van to the Maersk shipyard and Carter tells Vicky to move her out while he takes care of the officer's corpse. Leila tries to bribe Vicky without success, and warns that Sean will never stop looking for her. Vicky warns that it's not going to end up that way, and Leila cuts her neck with the officer's badge. However, Vicky easily subdues her and locks her in a cargo container.

Collier shoots the intruder just before he can kill Collier. She gets the drop on the remaining intruder, and Sean clubs the man unconscious. They run to the parking garage and escape in the intruder's car. Meanwhile, the second intruder recovers consciousness and runs after them. He opens fire but they get out before he can stop them.

Blake's men bring Maya to William and he explains the terms of his deal. She's relieved that he hasn't told them anything yet until he knows they'll keep their end of the deal. They look out the window and admire the cityscape, and Maya takes a hidden knife and stabs William. She says that she's sorry as he dies in her arms.

At the shipyard, a dog comes up to Leila's container and she tries to get its attention. Figuring the owner is nearby, she calls out. However, Vicky comes in and prepares to shoot her. Vicky's phone rings, and the remaining intruder informs her that Sean has convinced a FBI agent to help him. He warns her that Sean is starting to put things together, and they still need Leila. Leila warns Vicky that Sean would come for her, and Leila punches her.

At the temporary morgue for the Flight 514 victims, a soldier, Jenks, patrols the facility. He hears a sound and discovers that one of the corpses, a little girl, is breathing. He calls in a report and assures the girl that she'll be okay. Jenks looks around as another passenger starts to get up.. and another... and another. Soon they have all revived.
